As Chief Service Officer at Buska Retirement Solutions, Collin oversees the client experience from onboarding through their ongoing relationship with the firm. He serves as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the funding and issuance process and ensuring they receive attentive, individualized service at every stage.
Collin also serves as a client advocate with insurance carriers and financial institutions, working on their behalf to resolve questions, concerns, and service needs. He meets directly with clients, reviews existing annuity contracts, and works alongside the firm’s advisory team to identify solutions as clients’ needs and circumstances evolve.
At the heart of Collin’s role is making sure every client feels known, supported, and valued. He takes pride in being someone clients can turn to and trust to advocate for their needs throughout their relationship with Buska.
More About Collin
A Wausau native and graduate of Wausau West High School, Collin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his master’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Before joining Buska, Collin was in Chicago working in account management, sales, and advertising.
After living and working in different parts of the country, Collin returned to Wausau in 2024 to join the next generation of his family’s business. Collin became the final of all Sue’s children to join the firm. For him, carrying on the Buska name means honoring the relationships and reputation built over generations while helping shape the experience clients receive today.
Outside of the office, Collin spends much of his time renovating and restoring his historic Wausau home and is always working on his next home improvement project. He also enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with his two French bulldogs, Willow and Sage.
