As Chief Operations Officer at Buska, Nikki oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that all departments work efficiently and collaboratively toward shared objectives. She is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with Buska’s overall goals while maintaining effective processes and regulatory compliance across the organization.
In addition to her operational leadership, Nikki manages key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance support. She is passionate about building a strong team culture and helping employees grow, contribute, and succeed across the organization.

Prior to joining Buska Retirement Solutions, Nikki held roles in e-commerce on the direct-to-consumer supply chain end, along with retail management.
Nikki has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
Nikki was born and raised in Wausau. She and her husband, Bud, reside in Wausau. They have one daughter, Emma, who currently lives in Chicago, going to school and loving every minute of it. In Nikki’s free time, she loves spending time at the lake with her family and friends. In the winter, you will catch her traveling as much as she can.
