Kailey joined Buska Retirement Solutions in May of 2023.
As a Private Wealth Advisor, Kailey meets with clients to assess their current situation, means, and objectives and then constructs personalized financial plans to allow them to reach their goals. As the Vice President of Buska Retirement Solutions, Inc. and Buska Wealth Management, LLC, Kailey is focused on leadership, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships, all while managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Kailey went to college at UW-Oshkosh and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse for ten years, caring for her patients' mental and physical health. For eight of these ten years, Kailey held leadership roles where she excelled in motivating her team and promoting a positive work culture. Kailey is passionate about lifelong learning and challenging herself. She believes it is never too late to learn something new and begin a new adventure, which is what brought her to the decision of retiring from healthcare and joining her family’s firm as an investment advisor representative. She is excited to continue the family tradition and focus on helping her clients with their financial health. Kailey enjoys working with all clients, but her true passion is advocating for women and empowering them to retire confidently and successfully.
Kailey is a Wausau native and enjoys spending time with her two sons, husband, and two dogs. She also enjoys playing golf, exercising, and entertaining friends and family.
