Nikki Joined Buska Retirement Solutions in June of 2023.
As Chief Operations Officer at Buska, Nikki’s main responsibility is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. She works with all the various departments at Buska, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and aligning operational strategies with the company’s overall goals. She is also responsible for most HR duties, ensuring employees are successful in their roles and supporting them as needed, also taking care of hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

Prior to joining Buska Retirement Solutions, Nikki held roles in e-commerce on the direct-to-consumer supply chain end, along with retail management.
Nikki has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.
Nikki was born and raised in Wausau. She and her husband, Bud, reside in Wausau. They have one daughter, Emma, who currently lives in Chicago, going to school and loving every minute of it. In Nikki's free time, she loves spending time at the lake with her family, friends, and her dog Stella. In the winter, you will catch her traveling as much as she can.
